Menu malam

Bahan Utama:
300 gr tempe, potong 4×6 cm
200 ml air
2 sdt ketumbar
3 bh bawang putih
1,5 sdt garam

Sambal:
3 bawang putih, goreng
8 cabe merah, goreng
8 cabe rawit merah, goreng
10 cm kencur
1 sdt terasi bakar
0,5 sdt garam dan gula

1. Rendam tempe dgn A kurleb 30 menit. Goreng, sisihkan.
2. Haluskan sambal, masukkan tempe. tekan2 sampe memar.
